  • Arielle Crowder

    FOUNDER

    My name is Arielle Crowder, and I was born and raised in Stockton, CA. My fitness journey began over 30 years ago as an overweight teenager in the 90s. Despite being born with a mild bone deformity that has caused chronic pain, I have managed to overcome challenges through exercise.

    In 2004, I joined the Navy to better myself and support my country. After leaving the Navy, I became a certified personal trainer in 2012. Exercise and nutrition have been my methods of healing, inspiring me to help others achieve the same. My goal is to assist as many people as possible in returning to health through natural and holistic approaches.

  • Jennifer Ruggles

    PERSONAL TRAINER

    I have been a physical therapy assistant (PTA) for 30 years. As well as a Personal Trainer (CPT). I have an extensive education and knowledge on the exercise and rehabilitation processes. I enjoy helping individuals reach their personal health and wellness goals. I have been an athlete all my life with my biggest achievement, running the Boston Marathon in 2017. I am an avid runner and gym enthusiast. I love spending time with my family helping them stay healthy and fit. 

  • Daniel Cavanaugh

    PERSONAL TRAINER

    I’ve been a Personal Trainer for 30 years. I have extensive knowledge in human Physiology, Kinesiology, and Anatomy. I specialize in Corrective, Functional and Adaptive exercise therapies, as well as strength training, weight loss life and nutrition coaching and Parkinson’s exercises. I’ve been an athlete most of my life including participating in Triathlons, I understand dedication to achieve your goals.

  • Marisa Mauroschadt

    PERSONAL TRAINER

    Hi! I’m Marisa and I’m originally from Elk Grove, CA, but went to school in Tennessee before making my way back home. I attended Tennessee State University and graduated with my Bachelor’s in Human Performance of Sport Science with a minor in Exercise Science. I also played softball there, where I was second team all-conference, and I loved every minute. I’ve also worked as a PT assistant/tech, so I have extensive knowledge about the human body and how to help it recover. I have a passion for helping people achieve there goals and better themselves!
